What exactly is Business Professionals of America? Well it's simple, it's a business related organization for students enrolled in business curriculum from middle school to college.
Business Professionals of America is not all business all the time. We had a few activities so far this year, they were:
*A September fall field day that consisted of approximately 96 BPA members that were from Eastland Vocational School alone. This had a very positive outcome.
*Had a candy sale to raise money for BPA related events. Some people did an outstanding job by selling a few boxes at a time.
Junior, Jason Kirby is stuck with a computer problem while Jason Trelay shows senior leadership and helps out.

Classmates Nicole and Tess are working on what seems to be a business related activity.
We also have 6 students for executive committee which are 6 presidents from the 6 different programs that are BPA related and are here at Eastland Vocational.
The first two of the 6 are CBT 1&2, which stands for Computerized Business Technology. This is a school to college program, also known as tech prep, which means attending college courses while still in High School.
The third and forth are ACT 1&2, which stands for Accounting Computer Technology. This is a school to work program which means it gets the student ready for the business world while still attending High School.
The fifth and sixth are ATM 1&2, which stands for Administrative Technology Management. This is also a school to work program.
